Welcome dinner and gathering will begin Friday evening.A comfortable, dorm style sleeping environment will foster community.Throughout the weekend, you will enjoy delicious, nourishing meals.Therapeutic exercises and education will be interspersed with yoga and mindfulness opportunities.

Corinne has been working as a licensed counselor for almost a decade.She graduated from the La Salle University LPC Master’s program in 2014 and focused on addiction and trauma care in the following years.She has been running her private practice for 7 years and is continuing her education at the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia. Her goal for this retreat is to help women create a base of power through community and awareness.
Caroline Munden, LMFT PMH-C Be Therapy Caroline has been working as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for almost a decade. Since graduating from La Salle University’s MFT program in 2014 she has focused on trauma, eating disorders, and more recently Perinatal Mental Health. She has her own private practice and is continuing research into perinatal mental health and perimenopause. Her goal for this retreat is to create space for reflection, connection, and empowerment.
Rose Schieck, Yoga, Barre, Breath, and Reiki Practitioner Rose has been a wellness warrior for twenty years, graduating with a B.S. in Physical Education from Plymouth State University in 2006. Her career in health and wellness began in a community mental health setting as a certified personal trainer and wellness coach. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2016 to hold the space for others to also receive the ancient wisdom and medicine that yoga offers on and beyond the mat. She has been trained in a wide variety of practices, including: power yoga, restorative, yin, trauma-informed yoga, yoga for 12-step recovery, chair yoga, energy medicine yoga, Barre and Breathwork, and she is attuned to Reiki levels I & II.
Her goal for this retreat is to share breath and body-based practices for supporting nervous system regulation and personal empowerment.
